Welcome, MyCrowdlenders! Finally, June has arrived and brought the bright sun to Barcelona, after a lot of rainy days in May. Really? Am I living in Barcelona or Brussels? 🤨 Lately, I’m a bit confused with the weather, I must admit. Anyway, it’s time for a new update to my crowdlending and crowdfunding portfolio. Another month of excellent results: my passive income has been €390.82, which makes an increase of 20.35% compared to April 2019. Thus, in May 2019 I’ve reached 78.16% of my first goal of €500 per month. Another big step to my financial independence has been done!
The average annualized return for May has been 11.23% and the current invested amount is €43,870.83. Let’s got for the full numbers.

Analysis of benefits
May has returned great benefits. Ordering the summary evolution table by the extended internal rate (XIRR) obtained in the different platforms from highest to lowest we get:
(*) Column Total Return adds up interests plus bonuses.
Envestio refuses to leave the first position, making an astonishing 16.33% annual net return and a total of €91.15 profit. Kuetzal, the great promise, begins to materialize and sneaks into the second position, with an XIRR of 14.57%. Grupeer completes the TOP3, securing its third position with a 14.07% XIRR, even though a made a new deposit of €1,000 (and that reduces the XIRR). Wow!
My love story 😍 with Envestio goes on. Payments on time and high returns. But if you want to invest in the new projects they publish you must be really alert, because most times they get funded in minutes.
This month I’ve received €89.54 for interests and €1.61 for bonus span, making a total of €91.15.
This is my current account balance and my investments’ repayment schedule for the first days of June:
Finally, these are the projects I’ve invested in so far:
Despite Kuetzal is a young platform, my feelings with it keep on being nothing but good. Payments are punctual, following the schedule, and new projects are published at a good pace. This month I’ve made a total €34.09 and an XIRR of 14.57%. Considering this XIRR calculation has been penalized by a very recent deposit of €800, I think Kuetzal will hit the TOP1 in June.

The interest rates offered are breathtaking. If you want to invest, consider registering using this link, and you will earn an additional 0.5% of all your investments made within 180 days.
May has been fabulous also for Grupeer, which has returned €59.35. All I can say about this platform is good: interests above 13% and English punctuality in payments. Just love it 🥰!
This is my overview panel dated 31-05-2019:
Viainvest repeats the fourth position, with an XIRR of 13.39% and €9.43 returned. I’m quite satisfied with this platform, which has revealed very useful to diversify my investments.
This is the account balance by 31/05/2019:
FastInvest stands out by its stability. Once again this month the planned interests informed in its statistics section match exactly the received ones. No delays in payments, an XIRR of 12.10% and €34,20 returned this month. What else can you ask a crowdlending platform?
This is my FastInvest investment overview by 31/05/2019:
Mintos descends to the 6th position, obtaining €23.03 which makes an internal rate of return of 11.33%, slightly below the obtained the last month.
According to the platform, my current weighted average interest rate is 14.44%. That’s 1 point above the same picture I published in my last update. As you can see, I try to keep my portfolio very diversified, purchasing loans from a lot of different loan originators (all rated C+ and above).
Finally, take a look at my Overview panel:
Pay attention: if you are determined to invest in a crowdlending platform and do not want to spend a single second per month dealing with crash drag, you should seriously consider Robocash. Everything in this platform is fully automated, and no cash drag is ever experienced. This month my passive income from this platform has been €23.15, making an XIRR of 11.27%.
This is my summary panel by 31/05/2019:
PeerBerry is an excellent option to diversify any crowdlending portfolio. Steady performance with no surprises. This month I’ve obtained €9.80, which makes an XIRR of 10.57%.
Take a look at my account balance and summary by 31/05/2019:
This is my third-month receiving interests from Crowdestate, and as you can see its performance has boosted in May. I’ve received €25.85, making an XIRR of 9.64%.
This month I’ve purchased loans in some projects and then sold them in the secondary market, receiving an interesting return with the operations:
The secondary market in Crowdestate is a good tool to take into account!
Take a look at my active investments by 31/05/2019:
I have €833.97 available to invest, but I am waiting for more interesting projects to come in order to diversify my portfolio.
Finally, Lenndy is starting to work well! I was told via twitter it would take 2-3 months to this platform to show its full potential. The reason is a lot of the loans have to be repurchased by the loan originators (using the buyback guarantee), and that takes time. This month I’ve received €14.22, making an XIRR of 9.48%. Although it’s a bit concerning that most loans end up being repurchased (that means the borrowers are late and don’t respect the schedule), I’ve decided to keep using this platform for the moment. At least as long as the numbers follow this new track they have initiated in May.
Lenndy Overview Panel by 31/05/2019
Nevertheless, my recommendation at this point is to choose other platforms: there are much better options to invest.
How is it possible? Well, the reason is very simple: this month I decided to significantly increase my positions in this platform. I have deposited €4,000 more in order to exceed the €5,000 threshold and benefit from a 2% additional return for loyalty. Beginning in August, all the loans will return 14% instead of 12%. Great!
Take a look at my Swaper May income statement:
And the overview panel by 31/05/2019:
In May Crowdestor has paid €50.39, making an XIRR of only 7.41%. Why? There are two causes. First of all, I’ve increased my investments in this platform, depositing €2,350.98 more and that makes the XIRR decrease. The second cause is some of the projects I’ve invested in don’t pay interests for the first months, and thus the global interest rate is lower in the beginning. But as you may already know, this is one of my favorite crowdfunding platforms. Payments keep coming as expected, without any delay. In the next months, some of the projects I’ve invested in will begin to pay interests. The first payment will be quite high (usually it comprises the corresponding to all the previous months when payment has been on pause). So Crowdestor’s XIRR will boost very soon. Stay tuned!
Take a look at my Crowdestor overview panel by 31/05/2019:
Nowadays Crowdestor is the platform in which I’ve made the highest inversion. So far I’ve invested in 12 different projects (notice that I’ve made more than an investment in some projects):

There have been no changes in muy Reinvest24 portfolio. I have invested in four properties, and one of them has paid its first interest in May! Hurrah! 💪🏻
At the moment I am not particularly happy with this platform, I must admit. First of all, as I told you in previous updates, they charge commissions. But what really drives me crazy is that its website does not have any tool to view the transaction history or the future payments schedule. Until this improves, I do not intend to make more investments.
Until next month!
Once again please let me thank you for having reached the end of my crowdfunding and crowdlending portfolio update, dear visitor. A lot of work is required to prepare it, and knowing you have taken the time to read it is a great motivation to keep blogging my trip to financial independence.
If you haven’t done it yet, why don’t you follow me on twitter?
