And here we are! Finally, the summer has arrived in Barcelona with asphyxiating temperatures and spectacular sun 🌞. Luckily we have a fabulous beach 🏖️🌊 to cool off while passive income continues to grow. June has been a record milestone in my crowdlending and crowdfunding profits: my passive income has been €491.30, which represents an increase of 25.71% compared to May 2019. Thus, in June 2019 I’ve reached 98.26% of my first goal of €500 per month.
Yep! You’re right. This month is the last one I’ll be using this progress bar on my home page 😃:
From now I’ll be aiming a doubled goal: € 1,000/month!
The average annualized return for June has been 11.94% and the current invested amount is €44,384.13. Let’s dive into the details.

This month I’ve only increased positions in Crowdestor (€ 513.3).
Analysis of benefits
Summer has brought to June awesome benefits. Ordering the summary evolution table by the extended internal rate (XIRR) obtained in the different platforms from highest to lowest we get:
(*) Column Total Return adds up interests plus bonuses.
For the second month in a row, the TOP 3 is integrated by Envestio (17.12% annual net return and a total of €108.86 profit), Kuetzal (with an XIRR of 16.58%) and Grupeer (13.96% XIRR). Beautiful numbers, don’t you think?
Lights and shadows this month with Envestio. For current investments, payments keep coming on time and the returns have been higher than ever: the XIRR has boosted to 17,12%. But, on the other hand, not a single new investment opportunity has been published in June. The result? Currently, I have € 123.20 cash drag in the platform: free money I can’t invest 🤦🏻♂️. After all, this month I’ve received a total of €108.86. Yeah!
This is my current account balance and my investments’ repayment schedule for the first days of July:
Finally, this is the complete list of projects I have invested in so far:
A gorgeous month for Kuetzal as well. This young platform keeps payments punctual and returns high. This month I’ve made a total €44.87 and an XIRR of 16.58% (2 points higher than the previous month).
Below you can find my current investments in this platform:
The 3rd position is, once more, for one of my favorite platforms: Grupeer. I’ve received €60.16 this month, which makes an XIRR of 13.96%. Only good things can be said about this platform: punctuality in payments, interests above 13%, and very detailed information and reports.
Here you can see my overview panel dated 30-06-2019:
FastInvest climbs one step this month to take fourth place. Once again this platform outstands by its stability. The received interests have matched to the cent the ones predicted in the statistics section. Not a single delay in payments, a total of €34,07 returned, and an XIRR of 13.01% this month. Simple and very profitable!
And here you can take a look at my FastInvest statistics panel by 30/06/2019:
Viainvest descends to the 5th position, with an XIRR of 12.70% and €8.34 returned. I’m quite satisfied with this platform, which has revealed very useful to diversify my investments.
This is my account balance by 30/06/2019:
Mintos keeps the 6th position, returning €31.99 which makes an internal rate of return of 11.66%, slightly above the number obtained the last month. Because of the extra €1,000 I deposited in the platform in May, there has been a correlated increment in the returns (I got €23,03 in May).
According to the platform, my current weighted average interest rate is 14.74% (0.30% more than the previous month):
I try to keep my portfolio as much diversified as possible, purchasing loans from a lot of different loan originators (all rated C+ and above, and making sure they pay interests for the delayed days).
Finally, take a look at my Overview panel:
No surprises with Robocash. Maybe, it’s the easiest and most automatized platform in the market. If you want to begin investing in crowdlending and do not want to spend any time managing or controlling your investment, then go for Robocash. Everything in this platform is fully automated, and no cash drag is ever experienced. This month my passive income coming from this platform has been €20, making an XIRR of 11.30%. Not bad at all!
And this is my summary panel by 30/06/2019:
PeerBerry makes an excellent choice to diversify any crowdlending portfolio. High and steady performance with no surprises. This month I’ve obtained €10.28, which represents an XIRR of 10.99%.
Below you can see my overview panel and account summary by 30/06/2019:
Lenndy has had an acceptable performance this month. I’ve received €10.01, and the XIRR has risen to 10.24%. Most of the loans have ended up being repurchased (i.e. borrowers are late and don’t respect the schedule). But the numbers are good, so finally Lenndy has won his definitive place in my crowdlending portfolio.
Lenndy Overview Panel by 30/06/2019
My recommendation at this point, nevertheless, is to choose other platforms to invest: there are much better options out there.
June has been a good month for Crowdestate, even though the new investment opportunities offered by the platform came with quite low return rates. I’ve received a total of €21.59, and the XIRR has gone up to 10.08%.
This month I’ve been purchasing some loans and then selling them in the secondary market. I love this Crowdestate feature! Take a look at my ended investments (ant the XIRR obtained!):
And these are my active investments by 30/06/2019:
In June Crowdestor has paid €102.30, and the XIRR has gone up to 9.75% (it was 7.41% in May). Although it’s one of the platforms which offers higher returns, some of the projects I’ve invested in don’t pay interests for the first months, and thus the global interest rate is lower in the beginning. Anyway, Crowdestor is right now my favorite crowdfunding platform. It brings punctual payments and lots of new projects every month to invest in.
Take a look at my Crowdestor overview panel by 30/06/2019:
Currently, Crowdestor is the platform in which I’ve made the highest inversion (€9.000). I’ve invested in 14 different projects so far (notice that I’ve made more than an investment in some projects):
As I told you in my last portfolio update, in May I deposited €4,000 more in order to exceed the €5,000 threshold and benefit from an additional 2% return for loyalty. This month you can see the results in terms of return, but the XIRR is still penalized. I’m looking forward to seeing the whole interest rate rise to 14% instead of the current 12% in August!
This is my Swaper June income statement:
And below you have the overview panel by 30/06/2019:
No changes in my Reinvest24 portfolio this month either. I’ve invested in just four properties so far, and only one of them has paid interests until now:
In July a new property will make its first payout. As I told you in my last update, I am not really happy with this platform. The commissions charged and the poor website quality (it doesn’t offer any tool to view the transaction history or the future payments schedule) prevents me from making new investments. For the first time, in this update, I’ve decided to include Reinvest24 in the Crowdlending and Crowdfunding returns table. Its XIRR is -2.42% due to the commissions! I know it will go really up in the next months, but it’s quite sad to see these poor numbers… 😭😭😭 Fortunately, the overall XIRR of all my investments in crowdlending and crowdfunding this June has been 11.94%, which is for sure a beautiful number!🤑🤑🤑
Until next month!
